Quality assurance

Raw material

  • We work in partnership only with IQF producers, which fulfill the highest criteria for the raw materials for freeze-dry industry.
  • This includes botanical variety of fruit, allergens, cleanliness and foreign bodies, initial sorting and then freezing + cutting.

Production

  • We select fruits based on different parameters, only with the suitable physical and chemical characteristics, microbiology parameters and calibration of shape or cut size.

Final product

  • Final quality check is done in the humidity controlled environment – samples are taken to do the full analyse for heavy metals and microbiology.
  • When importing final product from our production partners, we take care to sample each batch in the certified laboratory.

Storage

  • We only use storage facilities approved for food ingredients and our warehouses are fully certified.
